General Terms of Delivery

In general the following applies
All transactions are made under the General Terms of Delivery of Premo Products & Schrijfwaren b.v. ( a copy will be send to you on request) and are governed by the law of the Netherlands.

Pantone colours are optimum values on white paper. Small differences in pantone colours printed on white surfaces are no reason to reject the goods. In order to approach Pantone colours on coulered surfaces, silver coulered surfaces or transparent surfaces it may be necessary to double print or (if possible) underlay in white. You will be charged for all costs involved as well as for costs for printed samples, if necessary. Of course we will inform you before production about these extra charges. Differences in pantone colours printed on other than white surfaces, are no reason to reject the goods.
Repeat orders should ALWAYS be accompanied by a sample of last delivery for colour reference. If this model is not send, we will match the requested Pantone colours as close as possible, however, differences in colours compared to previous shipments are no longer reason to reject the goods.
Since the surfaces we print on not always are smooth or identical in shape, inequality in print, especially in all over print, may occur and is therefore no reason to reject the goods.
Due to the way of production, especially with imprint (flexoprint) on foils (i.e. lollies, sweets, flowpacks etc.) differences in couleurs, brightness and fittings may occur and no reject the goods. Small damages in print and foil may occur while wrapping the lollies and sweets and have to be accepted.
Stickers are assembled by hand, therefore small differences in position and finishing may occur and are no reasons to reject the goods.
The goods that are to be printed have to be handled (packed in and out, put into machines etc.). Therefore small damages (tiny scratches) may occur and have to be accepted.
We reserve the right to deliver 10% more or less than the quantity ordered.
Unexpected charges in models and prices may occur.
All prices mentioned in this pricelist are nett prices. Prices for higher quantities on request.
Complaints have to be made in writing, within 8 days after delivery. We only can accept returns after mutual agreement.
Delivery is ex works.
Premo always has the right to improve.
With this pricelist, all former pricelists and agreements have expired.

Digital imprint is a full colour CMYK print. Therefore, artwork has to be supplied as a full colour cmyk file. Especially for designs in single or seperate pantone colours, compared to
traditional screen- and padprint digital print may lead to bigger differences to the requested pantone colour(s). Since digital print is a four colour CMYK print, especially printing of
texts could lead to a more unclear image compared to traditional screen- and padprint.
DP prices are based on imprint on white surface. Should a white underlay be required: additional costs are per piece €0,02

NOTE: you will get a small order surcharge of € 30,- per order for orders with a worth of € 80,- or less
including 1 colour imprint on 1 position and set up charges, excluding VAT and freight costs!

Cancallations
The client only can cancle a confirmed order with written consent of Premo b.v.. Premo b.v. may, exceptionally, accept a canellaton of the order. If the client nevertheless cancels his confirmed order in whole or in part,
he is obliged to compensate for all reasonably incurred costs that Premo b.v. had to make with a view to he execution of this assignment (costs of processing, digital proofs, preparations, third party orders, storage, commissions etc.),
other labour and activities of Premo b.v. and loss of profit by Premo b.v., all without prejudice to the right of Premo b.v. to full compensation for loss of profit, as well as all other damage resulting form the
cancellation. If Premo b.v. agrees in writing to an order cancellation, the standard minimum cancellation costs for orders for which no digital proof has yet been made are € 17,50, and for orders for which a digital proof has been made € 24,50.
